So being a 80's kid, i had one of these and it was my pride and joy. Spent every moment i had on it, well, when it wasn't loading of course. Anyone born in the 90's won't understand but this computer loaded the games from audio cassettes (or disk drives if you were lucky enough), so you had time to make a cup of tea, maybe some toast because you knew full well you were going to be on it for the ... read more

Kone joka ei esittelyjä kaipaa. Jokaisen 80-luvulla herkkää nuoruttaan eläneen rakkaimpia muistoja heti märkien unien jälkeen. C-64 synnytti mielestäni ensimmäisenä todellisen pelaamisen buumin, vaikka tosin Playstation teki vuosia myöhemmin pelaamisesta katu-uskottavaa valtavirtaa on huomioitavaa että kuusnepuli laittoi pelaamisbuumin aluilleen.

Description: The Commodore 64 is an 8-bit home computer introduced by Commodore International in January 1982. Volume production started sometime in the spring of 1982, with machines being released on to the market in August at a price of US$ 595.
