Description: In Alone in the Dark 2 you take the role of Edward Carnby, one of the two main characters in the original Alone in the Dark. After his overnight ordeal in the haunted mansion of Derceto and his defeat of the undead Cthulian sorceror Pregzt, Carnby has gained something of a reputation as "the supernatural detective" (sounds a lot better than "the reptile", his original nick).
