Use Stuffit as a Backup Tool
StuffIt Deluxe is able to make backup archives that contain only those files that have changed since the last time your computer was backed up. Windows automatically sets a "Ready for Archiving" attribute every time a file is changed. StuffIt is able to "filter" the contents of a folder you select so that only files with this attribute are compressed. To access this feature, launch the StuffIt application, and choose "Add Files" from the Archive menu. In the "Add Files" dialog click "Add Filter" and select the folder you want to backup. When you have selected a folder, click on the "Attribute" tab and check "Add only files that have the archive attribute set". Click OK to exit the filter, and OK again to exit the Add Files dialog. StuffIt will now search the folder you selected, and will add any file with the archive attribute set to your zip file.
