Your submarine is sinking. Can you make it out alive? You have only one or two minutes to get to the top level of the ship before it sinks. When you grab the two hatch keys (in order - orange then white) the elevator door will open, and you can proceed to the next level. There's lots of obstacles to jump over as your hurry to get the keys, including loose torpedos rolling around. They won't kill you, but they'll knock you down, costing you precious time.
