Steak and Ale Pasty
The steak is marinated in traditional local ale for at least 24 hours, ensuring the full flavour of the ale thoroughly penetrates the succulent meat. The vegetables are mixed with ale and a special seasoning made only for this particular pasty. This extremely popular variation to the 'Traditional' is wrapped in a succulent flaky pastry and hand crimped and then baked until golden.
