Director: Robert Rossen His 10th (and Final) Movie My 3rd movie watched from the directorBeatty and Fonda are pretty strong in this, but it's Seberg's movie the whole time. She is incredible, making it impossible to keep your eyes off of her, with her beauty, but also with her performance. It's one where you never know what she is going to do, in basically every scene. Also, Gene Hackman surprised me, showing up late in the film and delivers a strong one-scene-only performance. It's a mysterious movie that never gives us the full answers to our questions. Director: Jeff Nichols His 2nd Movie My 5th movie watched from the directorWow, this was an impressive second feature for Nichols and full of really good performances. I can't believe it took me this long to see this, especially considering I'm a big fan of Michael Shannon and Jessica Chastain.
