Vintage 90s blue white striped turtleneck sweater

Vintage 90s striped turtleneck sweater. At some of the pics it looks like it’s more beige at the bottom and more whitish at the top but that is just the lighting. It’s not more beige at the bottom. The tag doesn’t say what material it is but it feels like cotton. Great condition.
