Séverine's dress by Jany Temime (Skyfall)

Costume designer Jany Temime created the sparkling dress for Séverine, played by Bérénice Marlohe, in Skyfall (2012).
The handmade dress is worn by Bérénice Marlohe in the casino scene in the film. “I knew I wanted to create a bespoke crystal 'tattoo' design for Séverine’s dress. We applied the crystal tattoos, with over 60,000 Swarovski Elements, onto very fine tulle for the arms, neckline, back and sides of the dress accentuating Séverine’s exquisite figure,” says Jany Temime. “Each Bond girl is iconic in her own way so I wanted to celebrate 007's new leading lady, Séverine, with an unforgettable dress.”
Bérénice Marlohe told Bond Lifestyle in a recent interview that she was part of the creation process of the dress and wanted to create a animal-like or 'dragonesque' look for Séverine, with her long dark nails and impressive appearance in the casino scene. To complete the outfit, she wears Swarovski jewellery, especially designed for Skyfall, and Jimmy Choo shoes.
