Description: Eric was born and raised in southeast Michigan to parents Jim and Marty Betts. Jim was a former University of Michigan football player and Marty is a lifetime weight loss coach. Eric has one older brother, Evan, a personal trainer and fitness model in NYC. Eric grew up an athlete, running cross country and track & field as well as playing basketball, baseball, soccer, swimming, diving and he was a varsity cheerleader.
