In April 2010 he conducted a special episode of Extraordinary Lives in the evening of the disappearance of Raimondo Vianello live from studio 5 of Mediaset in Cologno Monzese, the same studio in which the sitcoms of Casa Vianello had been shot years before. Another special, dedicated to Sandra Mondaini, aired on September 21, 2010, the day of the death of the popular television actress.
