Description:
At the opening of the broadcast series Wandaba Style (2003), "genius manager" Michael Hanagata recruits four quarrelsome, unsuccessful girl singers to form the group Mix Juice. He persuades pint-sized scientist Susumu Tsukomo to send the girls and pert assistant "experimental satellite Kiku #8" to the moon for their inaugural concert. Tsukomo's Wandaba machine sends the girls into space, but something always goes wrong with his calculations. They never make it to the moon and the concert never takes place. It doesn't matter.
