Workout combinations can span anywhere from 10 minutes to 90 minutes and will target the major muscles of the upper and lower body. The instruction is solid and some safety pointers are illustrated for the benefit of beginners. While time-savvy exercise programs are attractive to most, participants should remember that beneficial results occur with regular and repetitious use.
