When 17-year-old Sydney's divorced grandparents visit simultaneously, it seems there will be no end to the bickering. Then little brother's science experiment goes awry and instead of preserving roses, he sends both grandparents back to their youth. The young-people-out-of-time story line leads to many "young fella" versus "dissing" language gags. Then doe-eyed grandma gets an eye-opening school lecture on the use of a condom--a funny, but unnecessary scene that gives the movie its Parental Discretion rating for language and mature subject matter.
