Twisted spoof laced with sex, song, and savagery in which a music agent, constantly dissed by his clients, asks his scientist nephew to create a new musical superstar using a reanimating serum. Frankie Stein, the scientist, cobbles together parts from Elvis, Jimi, Sid Vicious, and Jim Morrison, but--uh oh!--the creature gets Liberace's penis.
