Without a single mention of Dale Sr.'s fatal accident in 2001, it's clear that Jr. bears the burden of his father's racing legacy, added to the punishing demands of an exhausting public-appearance schedule, boring photo sessions and TV commercial shoots, practice and qualifying runs, and weekends devoted to pursuing the Winston (now Nextel) Cup championship. And yet, this day-by-day video journal also shows Jr. enjoying the prime of his life, kickin' back or hunting with his buds (the "Dirty Mo Posse"), hangin' with his shop crew, getting fitted for expensive suits, or relishing a tour of his new and secretly located home in North Carolina.
