Thumbelina befriends many different creatures on her journey through the swamp until she is at last returned to her home and the widow Hobbs.

THE EMPEROR’S NEW CLOTHES
Emperor Louis rewards the two tailors who designed his special clothes for his birthday, not realizing that they were swindlers. Only one child in his entire kingdom is courageous enough to tell the Emperor the embarrassing truth about his clothes – that he is parading around in just his underwear. The Emperor catches the swindlers and then continues with the celebration.
