Hancock (Unrated Single-Disc Edition) Reviews

Hancock starts out strong, a good movie, great cast. Loved Jason Bateman's character! Hancock was definitely more fun when he was being a jerk, but I like the idea of reforming him, cleaning up his image. Some of the effects were noticeably CG...can they not come up with better graphics in this day and age? It just takes away from the movie to have it be THAT noticeable when it isn't really necessary. The story for Hancock is good - until close to the end of the movie, when Will Smith and Charlize Theron are in the hospital. I don't like including overt spoilers, so I won't, but the story has some issues at that point...then it comes back together and ends well. Overall, a good enough movie. One I wouldn't mind seeing again later on.
