The Gramd Museum Series: A Tour of The Prado - Region 0

The Prado proudly displays more than six thousand paintings is its extensive and beautiful collection. To pay them due tribute, they are presented to you in two sections: European Painting and Spanish Painting. Such a division is not simple, however, because up until the 18th Century, Flanders (that is to say Holland and Belgium) was Spanish. Thus, it is no coincidence that the most beautiful collection of Titian in the world is at the Prado. Other artists in the museum include El Greco, Velasquez, Goya, Ribera, Zurbaran and Murillo.
