The closing episodes of this nonsensical series include spoofs of Captain Harlock, Gundam, Dragon Ball, Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers ("Municipal Force Daitenzen"), and Fist of the North Star. The various sketchy plots involving Excel, Hyatt/Hatchan, Menchi, Watanabe, Sumiyoshi, and Iwata from the apartment next door, long-suffering Mr. Pedro, and Lord Il Palazzo, simply collapse in a welter of parodies, violence and flashbacks.
