Volume 8 of Circuit, which bills itself as "the first music magazine on DVD," is a lot like Volumes 1-7. What you get are bits and pieces of performances and interviews with a lot of bands you've heard of but never heard, along with one or two familiar ones. Which is the point: to allow you to sample music by groups you otherwise wouldn't be exposed to.
