Every Blanks workout comprises an introduction, a warm-up, a workout and a cool-down. With a live recording featuring a wide range of ordinary people who look extraordinarily fit thanks to Blanks' tough, no-nonsense attitude, there is plenty of incentive right from the beginning. But as the warm-up goes into lunges, it's clear that this regime is not for anyone less than serious about fitness. The basic workout combines Blanks' best moves for an all-round cardiovascular session.
