Assassin in Blue - Region 0 DVD

A mysterious, vigilante serial killer is prowling the underbelly of Los Angeles, and only the city's most notorious drug dealers are turning up dead. Kathryn Shaunessy, a Los Angeles police officer, is assigned to unravel the mystery. She soon finds all evidence pointing back to her own department, and vows to uncover the corruption. But as she tries to expose the LAPD, she must also untangle the web of lies spun by her betraying partner, and rescue her kidnapped husband and daughter from the same killer she had been hunting.
