Duke Ellington & His Jungle Band

Duke Ellington and his Kentucky Club Orchestra's releases on the Brunswick record label were issued as The Jungle Band. This was due to the characteristic "jungle sound" devloped by Duke Ellington and his trumpet and cornet player, James "Bubber" Miley.
