Katz was Head of Production and Development at Planet C Studios serving as a Producer on several Universal Studios Hollywood projects including Transformers the Ride in 3D, Universal Studios Tour with Jimmy Fallon, and Grinchmas. In 2011, Katz formed the management/production company Katz Agency.
