Formation and Behold The Architect (2006-2008)
Just months after performing their first show, a slot opening for Dead to Fall and As Blood Runs Black, The Crimson Armada started recording various demos and performing alongside other acts such as The Black Dahlia Murder, Catherine, It Prevails, as well as playing in various clubs around Ohio. In the spring of 2008 they self-released their first EP, Behold the Architect.

Guardians (2008-2009)
In the summer of 2008, the group caught the attention of Metal Blade Records and inked a deal. The Crimson Armada spent the fall of 2008 recording their debut album at The Foundation Studios in Connersville, Indiana. The album, entitled "Guardians", displays their technical ability and style regarding their music, along with expressing their philosophical ideas. The Crimson Armada does this by promoting a positive spiritual message through the use of meaningful and deep lyrics.
In 2009 after the records release, They released a music video for the song "The Serpents Tongue" that was directed by Kevin Cross. Upon the release of the video toured nationally with groups such as MyChildren MyBride and The Chariot.
New Record, Label, Demos (2010-present)
In 2010 after parting ways from Metal Blade Records, they headed out on the third annual Scream the Prayer Tour alongside Maylene and the Sons of Disaster, For Today, A Plea For Purging and others. Prior to the tour they released some demos of newer songs entitled "Composed of Stone", "Conviction", a cover of P.O.D's "Alive" and most recently, "Soulcrusher". In a recent interview, frontman Saud Ahmed stated that they are talking to different labels and will announce their new label after the new year. He also stated that they will be going into a studio soon to record a new album and that the newer songs that he produced are mereley demo songs for the album, with the exception of Alive which was written for the Scream the Prayer Tour.
During the fall of 2010 they were apart of the "Monument Tour" with Miss May I, Sleeping With Sirens, Bury Tomorrow, and Abandon All Ships.
