Prior working here at KSDK, She worked several Television stations, Cindy started her career at WTOC-TV in Savannah, GA from 1986 to 1988, Where she was a Morning Meteorologist and a News Anchor, also in 1988 to 1990, She was a On-Camera Meteorologist at The Weather Channel, and she was a Chief Meteorologist at WKYT-TV in Lexington, KY from 1990 to 1996, From 1996 to 1998, She was a on-air Weekday Morning Meteorologist at WMAQ-TV in Chicago, IL. Prior to that, She graduate at Mississippi State University and earned her degree for Broadcast in Meteorology in 1989 to 1993, and Prior to that, She earned her degree for Bachelor of Mass Communications in 1978 to 1982 in The University Of South Dakota.
She earned television Seal Of Apporval from The American Meteorological Society and she was a former AMS Broadcasting Board Member, and she is a Member of the National Weather Association.
