Having played since 5 years old, Christine was at the top of her game in her first season of competitive soccer (U11) and played full games as left defense and, occasionally, played forward and midfield depending on the competition. She owes her success to a great team, a terrific coach, and an awesome personal trainer - her father.
Christine's love for soccer is from her father who is a competitive soccer player himself (all New England, four-year letterman, and Captain at UMass) and her passion for the martial arts is from her mother who also practices Tae Kwon Do with them.
In her first year of school, she and her brother attended three different schools on three different islands because of their father's projects out in the Pacific (Guam in the Marianas Islands, Chuuk in the Carolinian Islands, and Majuro in the Marshall Islands).
Before pursuing acting, she wanted to be a doctor.
Sings the Tagalog verses of "I Am But A Small Voice" flawlessly like a Philippine native even though she speaks and understands only English.
Prefers gymnastics over ballet.
Has been practicing Tae Kwon Do since age 5. Earned a Grand Champion Trophy at age 8. As of her most recent promotion, she is three testings away from Black Belt. One achievement she shares with her mom and big brother is bringing home the First Place Trophy for Team Patterns in the 2008 State Championship. Her seven-member team (fondly named by her brother as "The Panda Express") was one of 19 participating teams from various schools all over the state.
School recognitions include the "National Physical Fitness Award," a program of the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports.
Wrote a book report on Shirley Temple (aka Shirley Temple-Black) whom Christine considers her role model for her influence in entertainment and world politics.
First TV appearance is on Fox News modeling Macy's Back-To-School fashion.
Been flying over the Pacific since she was five weeks old.
Christine's very first solo performance on stage was at age 8 at her school's biennial talent show (K to 12). She was one of two third graders selected and was the youngest vocal soloist that year.
Was submitted for the series-regular role of Lula Banks, daughter of William Banks played by Benjamin Bratt, in A&E's pilot The Cleaner (2008). The role went to 13-year-old Liliana Mumy.
Was requested to audition for the role of "Connie's daughter" in Will Smith's movie, Sete Vidas (2008). Madison Pettis booked the part.
Had to pass on a request to audition for a co-star role in A Anatomia de Grey (2005) due to a schedule conflict with her school musical in which she was lead.
Made it to the producers' callback for Teri Jo in ABC's Single with Parents (2008) but lost to Vanessa Hudgens' little sister, Stella Hudgens.
Got as far as the producers' callback and read for Joss Whedon, et al, for a guest star role on Fox's pilot, Dollhouse (2009).
Attended the same elementary and middle school as AnnaSophia Robb who was in her brother's class.
While in LA for auditions, Christine also regularly did her pre-season soccer training at South Weddington Park by Universal Studios. In one session, an energetic Golden Retriever jumped in and played "keep away" with Christine. A production crew, who were shooting on location, caught the scene on video and decided to include it in their film, The Little Samaritan (2009). The film won Best Picture in the Social/Community Action category of the International Christian and Youth Film Festival in Wales, United Kingdom, in August, 2009.
Received a callback from the casting director for "Janet" in Disney's Jack and Janet Save the Planet (2009). China Anne McClain booked the lead role.
Was submitted for the role of Angie Steadman in Diรกrio de um Banana (2010), the role which Chloรซ Grace Moretz booked.
