Chelsey Fuller was born in Charleston, IL to Shelley Fuller, a seamstress and Gary Fuller a professional welder and local artist. She has one older sister Emy Brown who is a registered nurse and public speaker. Chelsey fell in love with acting as a young girl attending living history reenactments with her family, and performing "Tea Party Plays" with her schoolmates for the theatre program through Eastern Illinois University.
