Yodaka (Relayer)

Yodaka is a major supporting character in Relayer. Once a valued member of the third Tartarus Project Team sent to Jupiter and it's sole survivor, Yodaka eventually made his way to Earth two decades later, where he would be found by Terra in the scrap yards, whom he received his current name from.
