Willem Blackwood is a member of House Blackwood.

When Princess Rhaenyra's tour of the realm reached Storm's End, Willem was among the suitors gathered to seek the Princess' favor, though the Princess was skeptical due to his youth. An older suitor, Jerrel Bracken, continuously taunted Willem and mocked his house until Willem defeated him in a duel by fatally stabbing Jerrel in the gut.
