Walter

Walter is a playable character in Suikoden Tactics.
Walter is an engineer from the Scarlet Moon Empire. He helped develop some of the first rune cannons, and took a trip to the Island Nations to study their varying versions.

Walter introduces the plot and characters of Suikoden Tactics. The game begins with his journey to seek out the adverse effect of the Rune Cannons on humans. He travels with his son Kyril, Seneca, Andarc, and the demi-human Yohn.
