Victor Vasquez

Victor Vasquez is the husband of Rosa Vasquez and the foster father of Billy Batson, Mary Bromfield, Freddy Freeman, Pedro Peña, Eugene Choi and Darla Dudley.

Victor was orphaned as a child and spent his early years in a series of foster homes, many of which he tried to run away from. Later he met a fellow orphan, Rosa, whom he married. They later divorced but then re-married and started their own household in Philadelphia where they raised their own foster family, wishing to give the children a better childhood than they received themselves.
