Ronica Miles is a CIA agent who was appointed as Cody Banks' handler during his first official mission. She mentored, encouraged, dumped him, and kicked him out during his mission, and became his partner after he completed his mission. She is portrayed by Angie Harmon.

True to the nature of her job, Ronica is has no tolerance for nonsense and is as tough as nails. Although she has sported many outfits throughout the film, she's most well known for her signature red uniform. It consists of matching blazer jacket and pants, with the zipper ending abruptly above and below the hems, exposing her cleavage and navel.
