Velanj Garfuul

Velanj Garfuul is a non-playable character and antagonist who appears in Star Ocean: The Divine Force. Interested in acquiring the mysterious D.U.M.A., Velanj is one of the three Vyrians, the other being Gaston Gaucier and Lola Jornaus, who have allied themselves with the Vey'l Empire.
