Valmont

Valmont (voiced by Julian Sands) is one of the main antagonists from the animated tv series, Jackie Chan Adventures.

He is a ruthless crime lord in charge of the Dark Hand, an international criminal syndicate based in San Francisco. He is one of Jackie Chan's most competent and long-standing opponents. Valmont serves as the secondary antagonist for the show's first two seasons.
