Ushinosuke Oshamanbe

Ushinosuke Oshamanbe is considered the top and most feared rancher in his area. He mysteriously vanished several years ago but returned at the same time Ryoga was in the area trying to protect Anna and her father from other dubious and underhand ranchers. Ushinosuke first meets Ryoga at Western Noodle and eventually kidnaps Anna in order for him to fight Ryoga.
