Tycho

Tycho is a survivalist and member of the Desert Rangers, often traveling around the wasteland. Despite his harsh life and vicious fighting style, Tycho proves himself an honest, polite man with a strong moral compass. He appears as a potential companion of the Vault Dweller in Fallout.
