Trickster (Jesse)

The Trickster is a criminal mastermind that uses a deadly joke-bag of tricks to pull off his crimes and try to defeat the Flash. There have been two tricksters, the deceased James Jesse, and the young, but deadly Axel Walker. The new Trickster is currently hanging with the Rogues.
