Tomoe Koga

Tomoe Koga is a fictional character from the anime series Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai. She meets Sakuta at a park and later asks for his help in solving her Adolescence Syndrome, which traps both in a time loop. Upon seeing Sakuta defend her from bullies, Tomoe develops feelings for him and even confesses to him, but he turns her down. Even so, they agree to remain friends.
