Titov

Captain Titov is a character in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. He is the captain of the ship Shinra-8.

Titov originally joined the Shinra navy in hopes of recovering ownership of the Shinra-8, which originally belonged to his grandfather. It was originally a privately owned vessel, but following the war with Wutai, Shinra took control of the ship and refurbished it. Other than captaining the Shinra-8, his duties onboard include acting as host for the Queen's Blood tournament in Chapter 5, "Blood in the Water". He reportedly has a positive reputation among other crew members due to his dedication to his responsibilities, although he can be rather blunt with passengers.
