Jordan "Thermite" Trace

Jordan "Thermite" Trace is an Attacking Operator featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. He has medium armour and mobility, and is the only Operator capable of breaching reinforced walls with the Brimstone BC-3 Exothermic Charge.

Born on 14 March 1982 in Plano, Texas, Trace joined the U.S. Marine Corps after high school, serving two tours in Iraq before being discharged. Afterwards, he used his GI Bill money to put himself through college at Texas A&M where he earned himself a Bachelor Degree of Science in Chemistry. From there, he joined the FBI and worked as a field agent for four years before being transferred to the FBI SWAT. It was here that he became to be known as Thermite.

He is regimented, disciplined, and orderly. He knows when to relax, especially in social situations. Taking pride in knowing all the variables, Thermite prefers to be the one in control rather than leave things to chance. He carries an explosive breach charge he developed with the FBI SWAT engineering team that is capable of burning through the most resilient barriers.
