Tetsuzou Kamadani (鎌谷 鉄造 Kamatani Tetsuzou) (A.K.A. the Hermit Gunsmith) is the maker of the Polar Star, the first weapon in the game. His home is located in the First Cave. He was working on the Polar Star when Quote, the hero, took it. If you talk to him after leaving the Labyrinth and still have the Polar Star, he will upgrade it to the Spur.
