Tandi

Tandi is the daughter of Aradesh, leader of Shady Sands and the future founder, second president of the New California Republic, and one of the most influential people in the entire post-War world.

She appears in the original Fallout at Shady Sands, and in Fallout 2 at the much enlarged town, the capital of the New California Republic. Her legacy is discussed in Fallout: New Vegas and contrasts with the much more imperialistic, aggressive Republic that emerged since her passing.
