Summer the Yellow RPM Ranger is one of the best Yellow Rangers I've ever seen since Tanya from Zeo/Turbo. She's one of the best in the Ranger history.

Summer was a rich and spoiled heiress, with constantly absent parents; when Venjix forces attacked on her birthday, she was abandoned by her friends and long-suffering staff during the evacuation.
