Sugar Bates

Sugar Bates is a wise, powerful former boxer and ex-con who now owns the local watering hole. It's in his bar where the actual Lucas Hood is killed. He befriends Sheriff Lucas Hood. He lets Hood live in a storage attic, next to the bar. He has a prior history with Kai Proctor.
