Subala is the Chikei Star in Suikoden V. Subala is a lively young girl from Raftfleet. When she was younger Lun and Subala were friends, but she's convinced Lun stole her "first love". Ever since then Subala act's like she is Lun's rival. According to a message in the comment box by the prince's room, the object of her affection is one of Shinro's friends, but Subala is convinced he's interested in Lun - according to Shinro, it's actually Kisara he fancies, so the whole rivalry is due to a big mix up.
