Stephen D. Kenny

Stephen D. Kenny is a supporting character from Star Ocean: The Last Hope. A former Air Force pilot, he is the commander of the USTA's Moonbase and is involved with the Space Reconnaissance Force.

He is also known by his nickname of Lightspeed Kenny due to volunteering for Professor Trillas Bachtein's successful warp experiment that inaugurated the space era.
