Simon Skinner

Simon Skinner is the secondary antagonist of the 2007 action comedy film Hot Fuzz, the second installment of the Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy.

He is the owner of the local supermarket and a member of the Neighborhood Watch Alliance, pursuing those who were deemed "imperfect" for the town of Sanford as they hinder the town for winning the "Village of the Year" award. When compared to the other members of the NWA, who are well-intentioned if demented, Skinner takes pleasure in attacking others on his own account. He is also the archenemy of Nicholas Angel.
