Ship (X-Men: The Animated Series)

Ship was a sentient creation of the Celestials. The craft was buried in Egypt by the Celestial known as Eson, who knew that En Sabah Nur, the future Apocalypse, would arrive there one day with a group of time-displaced X-Men. Over time, Ship became known as a lost temple with a sphinx built on top. Pharaoh Rama-Tut, who was actually the time-traveling tyrant Kang the Conqueror, desired the power inside. However, the temple was first reached by Nur and the time-displaced X-Men. Seeing his destiny on the walls, Nur accepted a Death Seed contained inside Ship, becoming Apocalypse. Apocalypse then attempted to use Ship to create a black hole to kill Rama-Tut and destroy the city, but Magneto managed to send Ship to the black hole, badly damaging it and stopping the destruction.
