Setsu

Setsu is the Chizen Star in Suikoden IV. Setsu is the aide of Lino En Kuldes, king of Obel. He has an extremely agitated personality, going from utterly disguested at one moment to extremely nervous the next. He pesters everyone around, and he evidently worries a lot for the king's safety, though Lino always assures him that he knows what he is doing.
